Fresh: The XX - ‘Angels’ (Fauxe remix)
By now everyone and their mother is raving about the beautiful new XX track, so I won’t bother reposting that…but here’s an amazing take on it that Singapore’s Fauxe was able to turn around in a night. The track is already very minimalist, but there’s something achingly touching with how Fauxe strings it out and gently hammers the words at you. 2:45 is heart-wrenching.
